Welcome to Lynn Woods School!
Thank you for visiting our site and taking the time to learn about our school. Lynn Woods is a small neighborhood community where
we focus on helping students master state standards while encouraging them to always put forth their best effort. We emphasize
listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to prepare students for the challenges of the future. As I step into my new
role as principal, I am deeply committed to carrying forward the Lynn Woods traditions of academic excellence, equity, and opportunity
for every student.
Above all, your child’s safety and social-emotional well-being will remain at the center of everything we do.

Mission Statement
At Lynn Woods School, our mission is to foster high expectations for success through standards-based instruction that honors individual
differences and learning styles. We promote a supportive environment that values effort, responsibility, and pride in achievement.
Our goal is to inspire students to become enthusiastic, lifelong learners.
Students in Grades 1–5 will return to school on Wednesday, September 3rd at 8:15. Dismissal is at 2:15.
As always, please be respectful to our neighbors when choosing a parking space.
Our Kindergarten students will start on Monday, September 8th. Teachers will meet each class at the designated class door.
Each class will have a daily snack break. Please keep in mind that we are a peanut-aware school when selecting snacks
for your child.
Students will also go outside for recess each day, so be sure to dress your child in weather-appropriate clothing.
